Job Summary
Join a leading IT company in Europe as an IT Service Technician, focusing on 2nd Level support in Wolfsburg. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing IT support tickets across 1st, 2nd, and occasionally 3rd level, performing system installations for notebooks, and managing employee onboarding/offboarding processes. You'll provide essential support for various devices, including Canon Uniflow printers, iOS, Android, and Windows 10 devices via Intune, and contribute to IT projects like multi-factor authentication rollouts. Managing accounts, mailboxes, and permissions in Azure AD will also be a key responsibility, alongside creating solution records for 1st level support and maintaining the knowledge base. This position offers a long-term perspective within an international environment, providing a diverse range of tasks and the chance to drive digital transformation.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable qualification/experience
Experience
- Professional experience in IT, preferably in on-site service, user support, or 1st/2nd level support (remote or on-site)
- Experience in Workplace Service with various devices
- Experience with a ticket system (advantageous)
