Job Summary

As a Senior Manager Decision Intelligence at Kuraray, a global specialty chemicals leader, you will spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive data roadmap and Lakehouse/Data Mesh architecture. Your daily responsibilities involve leading an interdisciplinary team of six, prioritizing data-driven use cases, and delivering scalable MVPs that provide measurable business value. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy by engaging with diverse stakeholders across production, sales, and IT, as well as coordinating with the Japanese headquarters. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven experience in building and integrating Lakehouse and Data Mesh platforms within brownfield corporate environments
  • Professional experience in leading, coaching, and developing interdisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, prioritizing data-driven use cases, and scaling MVPs
  • Experience in stakeholder management across various business units and international headquarters
