This role involves managing essential quality assurance systems within a pharmaceutical environment, specifically focusing on the handling of Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) events, deviations, and change control processes. As a Quality Control Manager, you will coordinate root cause analysis, investigate non-compliant results, and manage customer complaints. Your daily responsibilities include reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), validation documentation, and performing quality testing of raw materials. You will act as a subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and internal audits while ensuring all chemical-pharmaceutical documentation is completed on schedule. Required Skills

Education

  • Experience in handling quality assurance systems including deviations and change control
  • Proven experience in coordinating root cause investigations and corrective actions
