Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for field staff and internal departments. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support for a diverse range of hardware including notebooks, desktop PCs, iPads, iPhones, and printers. You will be responsible for error analysis, troubleshooting, and the installation of both standard and proprietary software. A significant portion of the role involves managing mobile devices via the MobileIron MDM system and performing user administration within Active Directory. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- Practical experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience in configuring mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) and MDM systems
- Experience with user administration in Active Directory environments
