As a City Marketing Assistant, you will handle administrative marketing tasks such as managing brochures, procuring advertising materials, and placing advertisements. A significant portion of the role focuses on community engagement, including managing social media content, responding to citizen inquiries, and acting as a liaison between the city administration and external partners. You will also take ownership of organizing key local events like the business breakfast and economic reception. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellter), or a degree/qualification in the field of Marketing or Event Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in marketing, event management, or public administration
- Experience in creating social media content and managing online communities
- Experience in organizing and executing corporate or public events
- Experience in administrative marketing tasks and print media coordination
- Several years of professional experience in an identical work environment is preferred
