Job Summary
This role involves overseeing above-ground production operations at K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH in Wunstorf. As a flexible shift supervisor (Springer), you will ensure production and loading targets are met in terms of both quantity and quality while strictly adhering to occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. Your daily responsibilities include managing the safe and efficient operation of chemical plants, specifically the REKAL and tailings water treatment facilities, and initiating necessary maintenance measures. You will also be responsible for conducting employee briefings and training sessions. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Certified Industrial Foreman in Chemistry (Chemiemeister) or a state-certified Technician qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or in a supervisory position within a production environment
- Demonstrated experience in ensuring production targets and quality standards
- Proven track record in technical troubleshooting and initiating plant repairs
- Experience in conducting safety briefings and personnel training

Additional
- Must be willing and medically fit for rotating shift work (early, late, night, and weekends). Requires medical fitness for respiratory protection equipment (G26.2). Must hold a valid driver's license. Forklift license is desirable.
