Job Summary

This role involves the strategic establishment, implementation, and continuous advancement of personnel development initiatives within a public sector environment. As a Personnel and Organizational Development Officer, you will act as a key advisor to department heads and management, guiding them on the application of HR development tools and individual growth opportunities for staff. Your day-to-day will involve planning and coordinating both internal and external training programs, managing organizational development projects, and handling the administrative documentation and evaluation of these measures. This position is particularly attractive due to its high degree of creative freedom and responsibility, offering the stability of a permanent public service contract (TVöD/A 11). Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or Diploma (FH) in Public Management, Administrative Management, or a comparable field; alternatively, qualification for the 3rd qualification level of the Civil Service (Administration and Finance) or successful completion of the Administrative Specialist (AL II/BL II) course.

Experience

  • Professional experience in applying personnel development instruments is desirable
  • Experience in managing or participating in organizational development projects
  • Proven ability in independent and systematic work within a professional environment
  • Experience in the public sector or knowledge of administrative law is preferred
  • Experience in advising management and coordinating training measures
