Job Summary
As a Facility Technician based in Bad Urach, you will be responsible for the holistic management of commercial properties. Your daily routine involves planning, controlling, and monitoring maintenance and inspection measures to ensure the optimal condition of the buildings. You will serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, managing fault reports and performing minor repairs yourself. A significant portion of the role includes steering external service providers, reviewing their quotes, and conducting quality controls. This position is particularly attractive due to its competitive starting wage of 21€ per hour, plus overtime and holiday bonuses, and offers strong prospects for permanent takeover by the client company. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational technical training with an emphasis on electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical building services, as an electrician, or as a facility manager
- Experience in planning and monitoring maintenance and inspection measures
- Experience in managing external service providers and reviewing quotes
- Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and safety standards
