Job Summary

As an IT Systems Specialist based in Kiel, you will bridge the gap between technical system administration and digital content creation. Your daily responsibilities involve the end-to-end production of e-learning materials, including developing storyboards, cutting video content, and post-production using tools like Camtasia and Simple Show. On the technical side, you will ensure the stable operation of the TTS Performance Suite, managing system maintenance, monitoring, and the implementation of critical updates and configuration changes. You will serve as the primary First-Level support contact for users and act as a vital interface between various internal departments.
