Job Summary
As a Technical Service Engineer at Absen GmbH's European headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's position as a global leader in LED display technology. Your daily responsibilities include providing both remote and on-site technical support, guiding customers through product installations, and performing detailed visual inspections of LED panels and modules. You will act as a technical consultant, identifying customer needs and ensuring service projects are executed according to contract. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- Professional experience in the AV (Audio Visual) industry preferred
- Experience in providing remote and on-site technical customer support
- Experience in analyzing technical issues and delivering hardware solutions
- Experience in product installation and maintenance guidance
- Experience with repair-related processes and reporting systems
Languages
Additional
- Mandatory fluency in Chinese (written and spoken). Willingness to travel for on-site customer service and product exhibitions. Role is based in Mörfelden-Walldorf, Germany.
