Job Summary
This part-time leadership role (70%) is based in the Public Order Office in Heidelberg, where you will oversee the Humanitarian Immigration Law section. Your daily responsibilities involve making critical decisions regarding immigration law, processing residence terminations, and managing legal appeals and litigation in coordination with the Legal Office. You will serve as a key point of contact for staff, discussing complex cases and fundamental legal issues. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Senior Non-Technical Administrative Service (Diploma or Bachelor), Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), University degree in Public Law, or Lawyer (Jurist) with at least the first state examination.
