Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Law, Administration, or Economics; or successful completion of the Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II); or Bachelor of Laws.
Experience
- Professional leadership experience and management competence required
- Experience in personnel management, including supervising trainees and students
- Experience in public administration, specifically in legal, administrative, or economic contexts
- Experience in budget planning and financial responsibility (Sach- und Budgetverantwortung)
- Professional experience in traffic management or municipal infrastructure is implied
