Job Summary

As a System Engineer in Vehicle Electronics and Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in the product development of next-generation commercial vehicles. Your daily tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional partners at a TRATON Group level, representing end-of-line and electronic commissioning requirements. You will ensure the commissioning capability of E/E systems across domains and vehicle series, supporting the initial commissioning of pre-series vehicles. A key part of your role includes creating and maintaining test procedures, driving their optimization, and performing in-depth fault analysis using measurement data, driver reports, and tester logs. This involves physically installing measurement adapters and multilogs, managing collected data, and meticulously documenting fault patterns and results. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering, possess strong analytical skills for complex mechatronic and E/E systems, and have expertise in vehicle electronics architecture, data buses, and automotive standards like ISO26262 and ISO 14229.
