Job Summary
This role within the Department of Economy, Science, and Digitalization focuses on the strategic management and development of commercial land. As a key member of the Settlement Service team, you will be responsible for evaluating the commercial suitability of sites, assessing planning law situations, and advising property owners on overcoming marketing barriers. You will play a pivotal role in project management for site selection and settlement processes, providing expert guidance to investors through application and approval procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to the digital evolution of local land management tools (HAL-Plan) and participate in cross-functional working groups. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in urban planning or economic geography who enjoy a mix of technical assessment and stakeholder consultation. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Urban and Regional Planning, Spatial Planning, Architecture, Urban Design, Economic Geography, or Urban Studies.
Experience
- Professional experience in urban planning, regional planning, or economic development
- Experience in project work and site development processes
- Experience in advising investors and coordinating with public authorities
- Knowledge of economic structures and urban commercial areas
