Job Summary

As the Occupational Health Management (BGM) Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and refining a nationwide safety culture for a leading pharmaceutical cooperative. This is a newly created position, offering the unique opportunity to build structures from the ground up while serving as an internal service provider for all German operations. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating the occupational health and safety management system, standardizing health protection protocols across multiple sites, and acting as a strategic advisor to executive management. You will balance administrative tasks, such as data structure development and KPI monitoring, with proactive process optimization to ensure legal compliance and employee well-being. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys both strategic planning and operational implementation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with relevant experience, plus a qualification as a Specialist for Occupational Health Management (IHK) or a comparable university degree. Qualification as a Safety Engineer (SiFa) is preferred.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in Occupational Health Management (BGM) and workplace safety, preferably within a medium-sized or large company
  • Extensive experience in structuring, standardizing, and documenting health and safety topics across multiple locations
  • Proven experience in advisory roles for management and executive leadership
  • Experience in developing data structures and monitoring performance indicators

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to nationwide locations. Must have the willingness to complete Safety Engineer (SiFa) training if not already qualified.
