Job Summary
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, handling incident management and service requests within a 1st and 2nd level support framework. Your daily responsibilities include ticket processing, prioritization, and maintaining thorough documentation. You will manage the full lifecycle of hardware, from setting up notebooks and mobile devices to executing onboarding and offboarding processes. Additionally, you will oversee asset management, security incidents, printer assignments, and software updates. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with flat hierarchies and no shift work. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical training such as IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in IT support or IT administration
- Practical experience in the installation, administration, and configuration of IT systems
- Experience in handling service requests and technical documentation
- Professional experience with Windows-based environments and cloud services
