As an HR Business Partner at SMART Railway Technology GmbH, you will serve as a strategic consultant to management, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from workforce planning to contract negotiations. You will act as a primary point of contact for department heads, managing organizational changes and personnel development measures. A significant portion of the role involves ensuring compliance with German labor law and works constitution regulations, while collaborating closely with the works council to develop company agreements. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sociology, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience covering the full spectrum of HR activities (excluding payroll)
- Proven experience in both operational and analytical/conceptual HR work
- Extensive experience in cooperation with works councils
- Professional experience in managing HR projects such as compensation systems or employer branding
- Experience working within a structured, team-oriented production or technical environment
