Job Summary

As a Master Electrician, you will take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing the technical and organizational management of an electrical team. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrotechnical projects within plant and machinery environments. You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex electrical systems, alongside conducting detailed error analysis and troubleshooting. A unique aspect of this role is the initial 1-2 year onboarding phase, which involves field-based assembly and commissioning at customer sites on a rotational schedule (2 weeks on-site, 1 week off) to build deep product and team knowledge. This position offers long-term stability with an unlimited contract, high-quality equipment, and flexible working models. It is an ideal opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys a mix of hands-on field work and strategic project management while ensuring high safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience as a Master Electrician or in a similar senior technical role
  • Extensive experience in electrotechnical maintenance, installation, or project management
  • Proven track record in leading and developing technical teams
  • Experience working with electrical circuit diagrams and control technologies
  • Experience in service-oriented customer projects and field assembly
