As an IT Systems Integration Specialist for IT für Caritas eG, you will serve as a vital technical resource for Caritas associations across various regions. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software systems, both remotely and on-site at client locations. You will be responsible for configuring devices, assisting with hardware rollouts, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth operations for over 4,300 employees. This role is highly interactive, requiring you to provide user consultations and brief training sessions on system changes. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in network technology and hardware components
- Experience in independent and structured problem-solving (IT Support)
- Previous experience in the social economy sector is desirable
- Proven track record in customer-oriented IT service and communication
