Job Summary

As a Business Central Manager, you will lead the digital transformation of production and inventory management by establishing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the core steering system. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing end-to-end processes, identifying optimization potential, and designing a seamless system architecture between the ERP and adjacent solutions like logistics, PIM, and CRM. You will orchestrate data flows and interfaces (EDI, APIs) to ensure data integrity and operational excellence. This role is unique for its focus on scaling a sustainable mobility business, offering significant creative freedom and the chance to shape the digital infrastructure of a market leader in bicycle remarketing. You will act as the bridge between technical requirements and system implementation, ensuring that production processes are transparent, scalable, and future-proof. The position is based in Kabelsketal with occasional travel to Munich, offering a modern 'New Work' environment with flat hierarchies.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, IT, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the ERP environment, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Proven track record in process management and actively supporting or leading system changes and implementations
  • Experience in connecting systems using EDI, IDox, and APIs to create seamless digital landscapes
  • Experience in data quality management and inventory processes is highly preferred
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical system concepts
