As an HVAC Design Engineer, you will focus on resource-efficient heating, ventilation, and control systems, specifically tailored for historic and heritage-protected buildings. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, calculating, and constructing technical solutions while managing project data throughout the entire planning lifecycle. You will act as a vital link between sales, assembly, and in-house production, coordinating technical details with architects, planning offices, and suppliers. This role is unique for its focus on 'Church Heating' and historical architecture, requiring a blend of modern technology and sensitive building integration. You will support technical bid preparation and verify service specifications in a collaborative team environment. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Engineering (Energy, Plant, or Supply Engineering), Smart Building Engineering, or a State-certified Technician/Master Craftsman in Supply Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in assembly planning or installation within the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and control technology trades
  • Experience in developing structural and technical solutions for building services
  • Experience coordinating with architects, external planning offices, and suppliers
  • Experience in technical bid preparation and performance specification review
