Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Head of the OEKO-TEX® working group at FILK Freiberg Institute, a member of the OEKO-TEX® community. The successful candidate will lead a team of four, overseeing the design, implementation, and development of all OEKO-TEX® activities within the accredited testing laboratory. Key responsibilities include coordinating operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and fostering a positive team culture. The position requires providing expert support to client companies throughout the certification process, including test plan creation and auditing. The ideal candidate will also actively participate in OEKO-TEX® working groups and relevant expert committees, drive the development of new methods, and stay current on regulatory requirements.
