Job Summary

As a Technical Manager specializing in electrical systems, you will lead the operational maintenance and technical management of building services within a specific facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve processing incoming service tickets, coordinating a team of in-house technicians, and managing external contractors to ensure seamless building operations. You will be responsible for the commissioning, monitoring, and maintenance of technical systems, with a specific focus on electrical safety inspections (DGUV-V3), statutory testing, and documentation. This role is ideal for a qualified Master Craftsman or Technician who enjoys a mix of leadership, tenant interaction, and hands-on technical oversight.
