Job Summary
As a Specialist for Data & Innovation at Leipzig's public transport provider (LVB), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of urban mobility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve driving the implementation of AI and digital strategies, identifying technological potentials, and advising various departments on innovative use cases. You will bridge the gap between technology and people by designing and leading workshops, training sessions, and community formats focused on AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and emerging technologies. Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Information Technology, Economics, or Social Sciences.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in data-driven projects (e.g., as a Digital Consultant, Innovation Manager, or Data Architect)
- Proven experience in implementing AI and digital strategies
- Experience in conceptualizing and conducting training and community formats for new technologies
- Experience with both agile and traditional project management methodologies
- Professional background in advising departments on technological potentials and use cases
