Job Summary
As an IT Field Service Specialist, you will be a crucial part of a collaborative and service-oriented IT team, contributing significantly to modern lab diagnostics. Your daily tasks will involve installing and commissioning SYNconnect and ixServ systems, along with peripheral devices, at customer sites. You'll provide early-life support to ensure smooth transitions, conduct user training for order-entry systems, and coordinate external service providers for specialized technical tasks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of installed software and hardware systems in medical practices, including network infrastructure and device interfaces. This role requires comprehensive technical support for various order-entry systems and managing RQM tickets nationwide, ensuring seamless communication and monitoring long-term issues. You will also provide 1st and 2nd level support for AIS interfaces. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as an IT Specialist or comparable professional experience in the IT field
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructures and IT hardware systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments
- Basic understanding of AIS systems and their interfaces
- Knowledge of medical practice workflows and various practice types (advantageous)
- Strong customer orientation
