Job Summary

This role is central to the digital transformation of the HR department, focusing on the implementation and administration of Workday as the core HR system and its integration with Sage Payroll. As an HRIS Specialist, you will act as the technical architect and administrator, responsible for configuring workflows, managing user rights, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will bridge the gap between HR requirements and technical execution, designing processes that establish a 'Single Source of Truth' for HR controlling. Beyond system maintenance, you will lead sub-projects, manage interfaces, and provide first-level support and training to the HR team. This position is particularly attractive as it offers the opportunity to gain high-demand Workday expertise while shaping the HR digitalization strategy of a major European healthcare group. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR IT systems.

Experience

  • Professional experience in HRIS administration or HR controlling
  • Experience with Workday or Sage systems is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in managing or supporting IT/HR software rollouts and projects
  • Experience in translating HR requirements into technical system solutions
  • Background in data modeling and analytical reporting for HR purposes
