Job Summary

This role is central to the digital transformation of the HR department, focusing on the implementation and administration of Workday as the core HR system and its integration with Sage Payroll. As an HRIS Specialist, you will act as the technical architect and administrator, responsible for configuring workflows, managing user rights, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You will bridge the gap between HR requirements and technical execution, designing processes that establish a 'Single Source of Truth' for HR controlling. Beyond system maintenance, you will lead sub-projects, manage interfaces, and provide first-level support and training to the HR team.
