Job Summary

This role involves supporting the assessment and auditing of financial IT systems and business processes within the context of annual and consolidated financial statement audits. As a Junior Associate, you will participate in IT system audits for major ERP and financial accounting solutions such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and BMD. Your day-to-day tasks include assisting with system migrations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), improving internal IT control systems (IKS), and utilizing digital BDO tools for automated auditing. You will also be responsible for creating reports and presentations for clients. Required Skills

Education

Advanced or completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with an IT focus; basic knowledge of accounting (e.g., via HAK/HLW or university studies).

Experience

  • Initial professional experience in the IT sector or auditing
  • Experience with ERP and financial accounting systems (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, BMD) is an advantage
  • Experience in data query and data analysis (SQL, Python) is an advantage
  • Experience in structured and precise working methods within a service-oriented environment
