As an Electrical Engineering Technician based in the Linz area, you will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of new residential construction projects, ranging from single-family homes to large housing complexes. Your daily responsibilities will involve creating detailed execution plans, managing calculations, and preparing formal quotes. You will serve as a key point of contact, negotiating with clients and coordinating with various trades on-site. Beyond technical planning, you will be responsible for scheduling, budget monitoring, and the leadership of assembly teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. - Experience in negotiation and coordination with clients and external trades
