Job Summary
This role involves leading the Organic Trace Analysis department at an independent, accredited testing laboratory. As the Department Head, you will be responsible for the personnel and technical management of a team analyzing samples across diverse matrices including soil, water, waste, technical products, and food. Your day-to-day duties include organizing workflows, ensuring timely order processing, and expanding the laboratory's analytical service portfolio. You will work closely with quality assurance and laboratory management to implement DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standards. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in chemical analytical testing and trace analysis
- Initial experience in personnel management and team leadership is required
- Proven experience in organizing laboratory workflows and meeting strict deadlines
- Experience working within an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory environment
