Job Summary

As an AI Engineer at a leading digitalization partner for the cooperative financial group, you will develop custom AI applications with a primary focus on Generative AI. Operating within an agile, cross-functional environment in Karlsruhe or Munich, your daily responsibilities involve evaluating model quality for correctness, robustness, and fairness while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. You will implement RAG applications, utilize Agentic frameworks, and support the DevOps team with LLMOps best practices such as prompt monitoring and tracing. A significant part of the role includes selecting and benchmarking pre-built AI systems based on cost, latency, and scalability.
