As a Facility Management Service Technician at Sonae Sierra, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless technical operation of prominent shopping centers in Düsseldorf or Berlin. Your day-to-day activities will involve the maintenance, operation, and monitoring of complex building systems, including electrical (EIB, KNX), HVAC, and elevator systems. You will perform fault diagnosis, carry out repairs, and oversee external service providers to ensure compliance with safety and fire protection regulations. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a technical or craft profession (e.g., Electrician, Electrical Technician, Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Measurement and Control Technician, Ventilation Technician, or Refrigeration Technician).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally within shopping centers or large commercial properties
- Extensive experience in the fields of electrical engineering, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing
- Proven experience in monitoring technical service providers and maintenance schedules
- Experience in performing manual technical repairs and minor installations
