Job Summary
As a Shift Leader in Pharmaceutical Production, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a production team, ensuring smooth and timely workflows within the formulation and preparation areas. Your day-to-day activities involve organizing shift schedules, coordinating with the supply chain department, and actively supporting the execution of the production plan. A core part of this role is maintaining strict compliance with safety, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines. You will be tasked with reviewing manufacturing documentation during and after production to ensure quality standards are met. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing who possesses strong leadership skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. The role offers a responsible leadership opportunity in an established pharmaceutical company, focusing on high-quality sterile drug manufacturing environments.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Pharmaceutical Technician, Chemical Technician, or Production Specialist in Chemistry; plus further qualification as an Industrial Master (Industriemeister) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
Experience
- Several years of experience in personnel leadership and team management
- Professional experience in chemical or pharmaceutical production environments
- Experience in the manufacturing of sterile pharmaceuticals is preferred
- Proven experience working within regulated GMP and GDP environments
- Experience in resource planning and production workflow coordination

- Must be willing to work in a rotating shift system. This is a fixed-term contract (Befristet) for a full-time position.
