Job Summary
This role involves serving as a central figure in optimizing the operational landscape for the state-owned lottery company in Rostock. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of business processes, from initial requirement gathering and documentation to the analysis and optimization of existing workflows. A key part of your daily activities will involve modeling processes using BPMN 2.0 and collaborating with various departments to define roles, responsibilities, and competencies. You will play a vital role in building a digital process map and ensuring that all internal guidelines are accurately reflected in the company's process landscape. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience

- Proven experience in using process management software and tools

- Experience in coordinating roles and responsibilities across different specialist departments
