This role involves leading a dedicated production team focused on the assembly, wiring, and final testing of control cabinets for diverse industrial sectors, including automotive and pharmaceuticals. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for operational capacity planning, vacation scheduling, and the onboarding of new technical staff. You will act as a key liaison between the customer and the production management, ensuring that all custom-built units meet quality standards before final delivery. Required Skills
Education
Technical vocational training, ideally as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering (Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik) or equivalent.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of control cabinet construction
- Experience in leading production teams or acting as a technical role model
- Practical knowledge in assembly, wiring, and final inspection of electrical systems
- Experience in coordinating with customers and manufacturing management
