Job Summary

This role focuses on establishing and managing the user support infrastructure for the upcoming Digital Waste Shipment System (DIWASS), a cross-border EU IT system launching in 2026. As a key member of the GOES team in Neumünster, you will be responsible for developing a nationwide support concept, implementing modern support tools such as AI-driven chatbots and tutorials, and coordinating with external service providers and government working groups. Your daily activities will include conducting workshops, creating informational materials, and handling complex 2nd-level support inquiries. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree or vocational training in an IT-related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the IT sector or a completed IT-related vocational training/degree
  • Prior experience in IT customer support, User Helpdesk, or IT service environments is preferred
  • Experience in conceptualizing or developing support structures
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain professional communication
