Job Summary
This role involves leading and managing complex infrastructure projects for the City of Coesfeld, specifically focusing on road construction, cycling paths, and bridge engineering. As a Project Manager within the Civil Engineering team, you will oversee all project phases according to HOAI (Official Scale of Fees for Services by Architects and Engineers), including the commissioning and supervision of external engineering firms. Daily responsibilities include conducting procurement procedures under VOB regulations, creating performance specifications for tenders, and coordinating with various authorities and stakeholders. Required Skills
Education

- Professional experience within the public sector is preferred
- Experience in handling procurement procedures and contract creation
