Job Summary
This part-time position (up to 50%) within the Municipality of Spiegelberg offers a responsible role in a small, collaborative public service environment. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day administrative lifecycle of employees, from preparing monthly payroll and maintaining master data to processing entries, exits, and leave requests. You will be responsible for monitoring time tracking, maintaining personnel files, and supporting legal HR processes. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in administrative HR processes
- Experience in payroll preparation and master data maintenance
- Experience working with HR software systems, specifically KM-Personal
- Proven track record of independent and structured work in an office environment
- Experience in the public sector or municipal administration is preferred
