Job Summary

This role involves managing construction and maintenance projects for the District of Middle Franconia, specifically focusing on a diverse portfolio of buildings, including historical and listed structures. As a Civil Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of maintenance, renovation, and smaller new construction projects. This includes coordinating building upkeep, overseeing projects outsourced to freelancers, and contributing to planning phases in accordance with HOAI standards. The position is based in Ansbach and Nuremberg, offering a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative team environment.
