Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing the testing services department, focusing on the safety and compliance of electrical systems and equipment. On a day-to-day basis, you will lead a team of technicians, coordinate project schedules, and perform hands-on inspections of portable and stationary electrical equipment according to DGUV regulations. You will be responsible for using advanced measurement technology to analyze electrical safety, documenting results in legally compliant protocols, and managing defect remediation. The role combines technical expertise with management duties, including safety instruction and resource planning. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician in Industrial or Building Technology; ideally qualified for testing stationary electrical systems according to DIN VDE 0105-100.
Experience
- Professional experience in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems
- Proven experience in electrical engineering and building technology
- Experience in DGUV testing procedures (V3/V4) preferred
- Initial experience in personnel management and project steering is desirable
- Experience in technical consulting regarding safety standards
