Job Summary

As the Head of Power Grid Planning at EWR Netz GmbH in Worms, you will lead the strategic and operational management of electrical execution planning. You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of a team of approximately 10 employees, ensuring the safe, economical, and future-oriented development of power grids and systems. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing grid expansion projects from 110-kV to low-voltage levels, managing material planning and budgeting, and steering construction service providers. You will also drive the implementation of digital tools like GIS and SAP to optimize planning processes.
