As an IT Support Specialist at Phorms Campus Berlin Mitte, you will serve as the primary technical contact for staff across three international school locations in Berlin. Your daily responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of educational technology, managing IT inventory, and providing hands-on hardware and software support. You will be responsible for the rollout and maintenance of a wide array of devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets, and interactive smartboards.
