Job Summary

As a Network Administrator for the Digital School & Helpdesk department at Stadtwerke Lübeck Digital GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational IT landscape. Your daily responsibilities include the planning, implementation, and operation of virtual school portals, as well as the coordination of system and application management. A major focus of the role is the construction and maintenance of robust physical and virtual IT security structures, including firewalls, VPNs, and Web Application Firewalls. You will be responsible for continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and the creation of audit-compliant documentation. This position is particularly attractive due to its high social relevance in public services, offering a secure permanent contract under the TV-V collective agreement (pay grade 11). Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, or a comparable vocational qualification, or equivalent knowledge and skills. Relevant technical certifications are desired.

Experience

  • Experience in system management and application coordination
  • Experience with agile working methods is preferred
  • Proven track rate in conducting error analysis and troubleshooting
