Job Summary

As an HVAC Planning and Design Technician, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical development of ventilation systems. Your daily activities include calculating air requirements and conditioning needs, creating detailed designs using RUKON software, and planning smoke extraction systems in compliance with safety regulations. You will play a critical role in quality assurance by reviewing technical documents for plausibility and defects across various project phases. Depending on your seniority, you may also take on disciplinary and technical leadership responsibilities. This role is highly collaborative, requiring regular communication with clients, specialist planners, and architects to ensure project success. Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) in a relevant engineering field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the planning and design of ventilation systems is preferred
  • Experience in calculating air requirements and conditioning
  • Practical knowledge of CAD software and RUKON
  • Familiarity with technical regulations including DIN, VOB, and VDI
  • Leadership experience (technical or disciplinary) is required for senior-level candidates
