Job Summary
As an IT Analyst for Digitalization & HR at REWE digital in Dortmund, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing human resources technology for one of Germany's leading retail groups. Your daily responsibilities include the maintenance and strategic development of HR systems, designing process workflows, and implementing automation solutions using tools like UiPath. You will act as a bridge between technical departments and HR, providing proactive consulting on digitalization trends such as Artificial Intelligence. The role involves analyzing existing processes, performing SQL-based data evaluations, and conducting user training for automation tools. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist / Fachinformatiker) with a focus on process analysis and digitalization, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT process analysis and digitalization
- Experience in the maintenance and development of HR-related systems and workflows
- Practical experience with RPA software and low-code/no-code platforms
- Experience in creating SQL-based evaluations and data analysis
- Experience in project management and stakeholder moderation
- Experience in test automation and process documentation
