Job Summary
As a Payroll Specialist at the S-KON Group in Hamburg, you will take full ownership of the monthly payroll processing for a diverse workforce. Your daily responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll queries, managing communication with social security providers and tax authorities, and maintaining accurate personnel master data. You will also play a key role in preparing reports, certificates, and supporting external audits such as wage tax and social security reviews. The role offers a high degree of independence and the opportunity to help optimize internal payroll processes. This position is particularly attractive due to its permanent contract, flexible 'trust-based' working hours, and a hybrid model allowing up to two days of remote work per week. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training (Kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a comparable qualification.
