As an IT Technology Services Expert within SAP's Global Cloud Operations team, you will act as the primary technical interface for major customers in the Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) region. Your daily responsibilities involve leading technical and architectural discussions across the SAP technology stack, managing high-availability and disaster recovery topics, and overseeing cloud operations on hyperscaler platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring stable business operations by coordinating software maintenance, performing root-cause analysis for high-severity escalations, and driving capacity planning.
