You will be responsible for the planning, organization, and supervision of road maintenance and small-scale renovation projects, including cost control and invoice verification. A significant portion of the role focuses on the inspection and monitoring of engineering structures like bridges and retaining walls according to DIN 1076, as well as coordinating with external engineering firms for larger new construction projects. You will act as a technical advisor for political committees and ensure public safety obligations for roads and public spaces are met. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in planning, site management, or public administration
- Practical knowledge in bridge or road construction
- Experience in handling technical regulations and standards
- Experience in awarding contracts and billing according to HOAI and VOB
- Experience in coordinating with external service providers and engineering offices
