Your primary duties include analyzing and resolving technical disruptions through 1st and 2nd level support, both remotely and on-site. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronician (IT Systemelektroniker), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Experience in providing technical support via telephone
  • Proven track record in hardware installation and decommissioning
  • Experience working with standard IT hardware and Windows-based systems
