As the primary point of contact for facility management, you will perform diverse manual tasks and repairs, coordinate with external service providers and contractors, and serve as a technical liaison for tenants. Additionally, you will be responsible for the technical maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet and provide occasional support in the warehouse and shipping departments.
