Job Summary

This is a dynamic leadership opportunity for a Master Electrician to build and manage a new specialized electrical department at AMPERIA, a subsidiary of the Schilling Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic setup of the department, including the development of processes, standards, and quality assurance for electrical projects within data center infrastructures. Your day-to-day will involve leading a team of electricians, overseeing installations and maintenance, and ensuring strict compliance with VDE and DGUV safety standards. You will also act as a technical consultant for clients, manage project offers, and collaborate closely with procurement and sales departments. This position is ideal for a proactive professional looking to transition into a management role where they can shape a department from the ground up. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician (Elektroniker) or equivalent, supplemented by a Master Craftsman certification in Electrical Engineering (Elektromeister).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
  • Professional experience in team leadership or department setup is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Experience in managing electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works
  • Proven experience in process development and implementation for technical projects
  • Experience in handling planning and documentation tools such as AutoCAD or EPLAN
